Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Responsibilities Monitor patients with high acuity levels, including post-surgical recovery and those requiring intensive therapeutic interventions.Provide continuous, compassionate care to critically ill or unstable patients.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams specializing in cardiology and orthopedics to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to patient recovery phases through vigilant assessment and intervention. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with relevant clinical experience in cardiac or critical care settings.Strong assessment, monitoring, and therapeutic skills for high-acuity patient care.Ability to work effectively within a team of healthcare professionals.Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills.
