Progressive Care Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit within Healthcare & Medical Services. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with complex and rapidly changing conditions.Conduct continuous assessments and perform cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.Titrate medications appropriately and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and engagement in care plans. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license and relevant clinical experience in a high-acuity setting.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
