Key Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborates with the Education team and demonstrates commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Assists the supervisor with budget preparation and effectively manages assigned educational activities within approved budget guidelines.
  • Supports the collection and analysis of data to enable informed decision-making related to educational programs.
  • Contributes metrics, reports, and other supporting documentation as needed.
  • Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient workflows, including standard operating procedures, project plans, performance goals, priority planning, and team meetings.
  • Applies professional knowledge and skills to support the successful planning, development, and execution of assigned educational activities.
  • Provides high-volume administrative and operational support across the Education Programs team, with particular emphasis on annual conferences and major events.
  • Serves as a central point of coordination for cross-functional activities, including program development, signage production, photography scheduling, shipping logistics, evaluation data collection, outcomes reporting, and maintaining organized communications across program components.
  • Buils and manages programs within learning management systems, supporting continuing education applications, configuring registration platforms, coordinating faculty-related processes, reviewing and distributing educational materials, and administering credit claim processes.
  • Aids the supervisor in working with education leaders, course directors, faculty, and other stakeholders to design and deliver educational programming.
  • Collaborates with program and digital teams to edit, produce, and publish enduring educational content across a variety of digital platforms, including learning management systems, video channels, and podcast platforms, to maximize educational reach and engagement.
  • Ensures assigned educational activities comply with applicable accreditation standards and requirements related to integrity, independence, and continuing education.
  • Supports the completion of accreditation applications and maintenance of required documentation.
  • Coordinates and manages special projects and additional assignments as directed.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required.
  • 1-3 years of related project management experience a plus.
  • Experience with editing content a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, professional, outgoing, organized, and strong communication skills.

Schedule

M-F 40 hours per week. 2 days in office in Glen Burnie, MD, 3 days work from home.

Pay

$61,000-$64,000
