About the role

Ace Precision is seeking a Programming Analyst to help drive technology solutions that support our manufacturing operations. This position develops and maintains custom business applications, ERP enhancements, reporting solutions, and automation tools that improve efficiency across the organization. Working closely with business leaders and end users, you'll leverage modern development technologies—including Microsoft's Power Platform—to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and support the systems that keep our business running. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom software applications and web-based solutions
• Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and enhancements
• Create applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX, calculated measures, and relationships
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, management, and end users to gather requirements and develop effective technology solutions
• Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to internal users
