As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing health insurance plans and providing support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service inquiries related to health insurance plans
• Provide guidance on plan benefits and coverage options
• Handle claims processing and ensure timely resolution
• Support marketing efforts and promote health insurance products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
