Programming Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key communicator between IT, management, end users, and customer support teams to ensure smooth data interface operations
• Maintain and enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of interface and reporting applications
• Execute scheduled file processing and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Support reporting needs, including import/export requests, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with data interfaces and data exchange, along with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• A proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Hands-on experience with data interface/exchange implementation
• Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures
• Experience in a collections environment is a plus
• Familiarity with ARTIVA is preferred but not required
