Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in online programmatic advertising sales, including at least 5 years in a dedicated sales role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic territories or high-value accounts
  • Extensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and optimization platforms
  • Established network of agency, brand, and buy-side contacts with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions, including CPA, CPC, and CPM campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital media strategies and advertiser objectives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for marketing technology and innovation
