About the role
The Program Training Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to specific skill sets and needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
