Then a note: "This job description is not meant to be all-inclusive. It defines the critical job responsibilities and requirements only, which may change at any time, with or without notice due to agency needs, regulatory requirements, or other factors." This is boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; maybe we can drop as it's generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer might be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. However it's generic; but it's not about EEO. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove boilerplate; but not sure if this counts. Safer to drop it as it's generic.
We need sections: About the role (maybe Position Overview + Organizational Relationship). Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities broken into subcategories? Could combine). Requirements (Education and Experience). Qualifications & Skills (maybe separate Qualifications and Skills? The instruction says use headings for Qualifications, Skills separately if content exists. We have Qualifications & Skills combined; we could split into Qualifications and Skills sections if we have distinct content. But we have both qualifications (education, licensure, experience) and skills (clinical skills, communication, etc.). So we can have Requirements (Education and Experience) and Qualifications (maybe licensure etc) and Skills (competencies). However the instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have those headings. We need to decide what goes where.
About the role: Organizational Relationship and Position Overview.
Responsibilities: All responsibilities (Clinical Services, Documentation & Billing, Program Support, Organizational Accountability & Collaboration). Could be a list.
Requirements: Education and Experience (Master's degree, licensure, experience).
Qualifications: maybe the Qualifications & Skills list? But we also have Skills separate. Could split: Qualifications: Strong clinical skills, compassion, etc? Actually those are skills. Qualifications could be things like "Strong commitment to mission, diversity, equity, and inclusion" etc? Those are attributes. Hmm.
Better: Use Requirements for education/licensure/experience. Use Qualifications for "Strong clinical skills and ability to provide effective therapeutic services, Compassion, empathy, ability to respond to individuals in crisis, Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, Strong communication and organizational skills, Ability to manage time, documentation, and caseload effectively, Ability to work independently within a structured environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, Ability to effectively use technology and electronic systems to support documentation and communication". Use Skills for "Physical Demands" and "Attributes"? But Physical Demands is not a skill. Could treat as Requirements? Hmm.
Alternatively, we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section if content is thin. But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Qualifications & Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Skills). But we have both headings available; we could use Qualifications for the list of competencies and Skills for Physical Demands and Attributes? Not ideal.
Maybe we treat Physical Demands as part of Requirements? Not really. Could drop Physical Demands if not required? It's substantive. Could include under Requirements? Or under Qualifications? Could create a section "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we must map content to those headings.
Thus we need to fit all content into those categories.
About the role: Organizational Relationship + Position Overview.
Responsibilities: All responsibilities.
Requirements: Education and Experience (Master's degree, licensure, experience).
Qualifications: maybe the Qualifications & Skills list (clinical skills, compassion, communication, tech proficiency, etc.)
Skills: Physical Demands + Attributes? But Skills heading maybe for abilities like "Ability to travel..., lift..., respond to crisis". Attributes could be considered skills as well. Could combine.
But we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none present, so we omit those sections.
Thus output:
