Program Team Lead
About the role
The Team Lead at Garden View Manor Comprehensive Personal Care Home provides individualized, long-term support for adults living with severe mental illness. Works closely with the Personal Care Home (PCH) Supervisors to optimize program performance and ensure the delivery of quality care. This role combines clinical oversight with administrative leadership and includes direct support for residents as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and administrative support to staff within the program.
- Monitor quality assurance in treatment, direct care services, and resident satisfaction.
- Promote efficient workflows and ensure task completion across the team.
- Foster open communication among staff, residents, families, external providers, and community partners.
- Oversee the coordination and integration of care and services for residents.
- Provide Direct Support Services, Including Administering medications. Assisting with meal services. Supporting resident health and wellness activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of related experience OR Associate’s Degree + 4 years of related experience OR a High School Diploma/equivalent + 9 years of related experience.
- Must obtain and maintain DPW Medication Train the Trainer certification.
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to operate an organizational vehicle.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- Pre-employment drug screening
Qualifications
- Prefer candidates with experience in mental health care or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
(Non-exempt/hourly position) 4 day work week Tuesday 2pm - midnight Thursday, Friday & Saturday 2pm - midnight 37.5 hours a week, may vary according to program need and needs of persons served.
