Program Support Specialist
About The Role
The Program Support Specialist serves as a critical operational support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of program activities, front desk operations, and facility coordination. This position is often the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, providing high-quality customer service while supporting administrative, logistical, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What This Role Involves
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff, providing excellent customer service
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, visitor access, and general inquiries
- Support program operations by coordinating supplies, materials, and staff requests
- Maintain inventory and order office and classroom supplies
- Aid in data entry, attendance tracking, and document management
- Cook up room scheduling, meetings, and events
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support facility upkeep and submit maintenance or IT requests as needed
- Aid in safety procedures, including drills and emergency protocols
- Provide general administrative and operational support to program staff
- Assist with classroom support by assisting teachers and supporting student learning
Required to Drive the Small Bus as Needed
Supervise 2 Associates (Front Desk Associate and Bus Driver)
Education & Experience
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or program support experience
- Early Childhood Classroom Experience: 6 months+ of Early Childhood classroom experience

Salary
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
