Program Supervisor - REACH Residential ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

About the role

The Program Supervisor provides for the overall administrative management and supervision of REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home and high behavior group homes. They work closely with the REACH team to ensure quality services are provided and provide direct services as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative management and supervision of REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home and high behavior group homes.
• Works closely with the REACH team to ensure quality services are provided.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Human Services related field with at least one year of professional experience or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with at least 5 years of professional experience or Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of professional experience is required.
• Registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as QMHP-T or QMHP is required.
• Experience providing supervision, program management and services development is preferred.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor or Clinical Social Worker is preferred.
