Program Supervisor (Intensive Outpatient Program & Partial Hospitalization Program)

About the role

We’re seeking a passionate Program Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Location: (Onsite) 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics
• Support Program Therapists that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals
• Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups
• Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions
• Document all necessary information in our EHR platform (AdvancedMD)
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD
• Must possess 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapists (Masters level and Partially Licensed)
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy
• Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders

Schedule

Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break)

• Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation $70,000-$80,000 commensurate to years of experience and licensure
