Program Supervisor ICF

About the role

Adult Services is seeking a Program Supervisor for our Intensive Care Residential Homes in West Chester and Berwyn. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the residential facilities to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals in accordance with Devereux's philosophy of care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility
• Ensure quality services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs
• Affirm regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures
• Train and mentor staff
• Manage staff and resources effectively
• Collaborate with other professionals to support the overall goals of the organization

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in human services or related field
• Three (3) years of human service experience
• One (1) year of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Empathetic, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic, creative, understanding of behavior management and positive reinforcement
• Positive role model
• Passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs
• Valid license

Physical Requirements

• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing
• Lifting and/or managing resistance up to 75-100 lbs.
• Repetitive wrist/hand movements
• Normal hearing and vision
• Occasional use of computers and office equipment
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches
