Responsibilities
- Facilitate Individual Service Plan (ISP) implementation
- Supervise staff and provide direct support to individuals with daily activities, medication, and personal care
- Assist with community outings and transportation to help individuals engage in activities
- Manage administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with program standards and foster a supportive environment
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be 18 or older
