Program Supervisor – Lead with Purpose, Make a Difference Every Day
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Affirmatively assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
- Ensure high-quality care and program operations
- Provide hands-on support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care
- Encourage independence and help individuals participate in community activities
- Model leadership, compassion, and teamwork for your staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in lieu of education
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license (held for at least 1 year)
- Access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
