About the role
RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for their PROS Program (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services).
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in all aspects of program supervision, management, and development.
- Provide transitional housing to individuals with psychiatric disabilities throughout Long Island and Queens.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2 years supervisory experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities OR a High School Diploma with 5 years of senior staff/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of residential services, substance abuse services, evidence based practices, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice.
- Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License.
