Position Summary

The Outreach Program Supervisor provides leadership and support to outreach staff to empower participants in achieving optimal independence and community integration. Model person-centered planning and skill-building in interactions with participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support outreach staff through training, modeling, and regular individual and group supervision
  • Address participant engagement challenges and model positive interaction techniques to promote independence and well-being
  • Oversee staff performance, including evaluations, corrective actions, and professional development
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all required documentation (progress notes, ISP records, medication logs)
  • Coordinate communication with staff, families, clinicians, DDS, medical providers, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and document all actions
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll, reports, rent collections, and program documentation
  • Manage program budget in accordance with MHA fiscal guidelines, including participant funds and receipts
  • Oversee participant supports including housing, life skills, appointments, medication management, and crisis prevention
  • Maintain compliance with MAP standards, promote participant advocacy and safety training, and attend required team meetings

About Integration & Community Living (ICL)

The Integration & Community Living (ICL) program supports individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in living independently and meaningfully in the community. In partnership with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), ICL provides person-centered residential and outreach services across Western Massachusetts. With over 60 years of experience, MHA helps individuals transition from institutional settings into homes where they can grow, make choices, and fully participate in community life. Services range from supported and shared living to emergency respite and privately funded care, all designed to promote independence, dignity, and connection.

Pay Range

$52,000 - $54,000 annually

Open Shift

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40hrs)
