Program Specialist

Program Overview

Zantech is a performance-based Woman Owned Small Business that provides complex, mission-focused solutions. They are currently seeking a Program Specialist to support an upcoming role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic messaging and narrative for internal and external outreach
• Develop annual strategy for Congressional relationships
• Maintain active list of Congressional members and staffers with PEO IEW&S equity
• Audit congressional actions and provide recommendations
• Cook up high visibility Congressional visits
• Track budget trends and NDAA language impacts

Requirements

• 7 years relevant experience in federal government affairs
• Skills Required: Congressional relations, Legislative affairs, Multi-agency coordination, High operational tempo management analysis
• Previous experience interacting with members of Congress and/or their staff
• Comprehensive coverage of Executive and Legislative Branch matters
• High operational tempo management
• Multi-agency coordination experience
• Required Certifications/Education: Successful completion of Military/Government protocol training, Bachelor's degree in Political Science or Public Administration, 15 years military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience
• Required Security Clearance: US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS-SCI) or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
