Program Security Representative (PSR) III
About the role
The Program Security Representative provides multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAPs). They ensure strict adherence to security policies and procedures, develop and execute policies, and conduct facility compliance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
- Develop and execute approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
- Provide day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures and identifying shortfalls.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program.
- Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the curriculum.
- Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
- Maintain and monitor corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
- Notify relevant personnel of pertinent security matters.
- Conduct explorations of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- 2+ years SAP experience required
- US Citizenship required
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years of experience
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience
- Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $112,880 - $152,720. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
