Program Scheduler / Project Controls – TS/SCI – Albuquerque, NM

About the role

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler / Project Controls professional to support a leading Aerospace & Defense contractor in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is an on-site position supporting a complex, mission-critical program. At IMS, we understand the demands of complex Aerospace & Defense programs and the importance of strong program controls. We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring hands-on scheduling and project controls expertise to a highly technical, mission-critical environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Experience with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
• Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, defense, aerospace, or other complex programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary program teams
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Open Plan Professional
• Experience with Acumen Fuse and Deltek Cobra
• Background in DoD, Federal, or other highly regulated program environments
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) experience
• Aerospace & Defense program experience
