Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst L2 with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines for project schedules, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements based on EIA 748 standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines for project schedules
• Support the development and maintenance of compliant schedules using Earned Value Management
• Understand and help organize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Provide status updates and maintain the program master schedule for active projects
• Update existing processes and procedures for schedule management
• Assist program managers in correctly updating their schedules
• Participate in the consolidation of schedules to ensure work plans are included in the Integrated Master Schedule
• Maintain and review project schedules, including resources, interdependencies, and risks
• Participate in weekly program and schedule reviews
• Communicate with the project team on key issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience and training
• At least 5 years of relevant DoD work experience with practical hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract
• At least 2 years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the design and development of systems complying with DoD contracts
• Works well independently and as part of a team under general supervision
• May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph

Qualifications

• High-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Physical requirements include sitting or standing for extended periods, typing, and reading from a computer screen, as well as occasional operation of a government vehicle as required

Skills

• Experience supporting the development and maintenance of compliant schedules using Earned Value Management
• Understanding and ability to organize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Ability to analyze project schedules to provide status updates
• Knowledge of Work Authorization Documents (WAD)
• Experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) documentation
• Experience with program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and internal EVMS compliance reviews
• Ability to communicate effectively with the project team

Estimated: $76,339 per year

Range: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
