About the role
The Program Quality Engineer Sr is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and resolve defects and issues in product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
- Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Experience with software testing and quality control methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
