Responsibilities

• Develop project charter, integrated master plan, and governance framework.
• Manage RAID logs, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Provide weekly status reports and executive briefings.
• Ensure alignment with NYS SSDLC governance framework.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience in IT modernization projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
