What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using scheduling software to track program execution and identify risks
• Drive program business rhythm to ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements throughout all program phases
• Support cost and schedule integration by working closely with Program Finance
• Act as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) expert for the program with some guidance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience with a graduate degree
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical paths or workflows
• Ability to integrate subcontractors and operations into program plans and schedules
• Familiarity with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
