Job Description

Identifies process optimization opportunities and develops standardized policies to support organizational goals.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to align strategies, ensure seamless operations, and drive continuous improvement.
Utilizes advanced analytics and tools to create performance dashboards and drive improvement.
Develops and maintains a comprehensive performance management system focused on quality, utilization, cost, and escalations.
Establishes and manages action plan processes to ensure timely and effective remediation strategies.
Collaborates with executives and leaders to define accountability measures and integrate them into operational workflows.
Implements and maintains a tracking system to document remediation and accountability activities for teams.
PARTNERS WITH GOVERNANCE TO ALIGN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS WITH OPERATIONS.
SUPPORTS SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND ADVENTHEALTH PLATFORMS WITH OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP.
OVERSEES PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OPERATIONS TO SUPPORT EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE WORKFLOWS.
LEADS INITIATIVES RELATED TO PERFORMANCE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT IN COORDINATION WITH LEADERSHIP TEAMS, FINANCE, AND OPERATIONS.
MANAGES PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS AND INTEGRATES THEM INTO OPERATIONAL WORKFLOWS.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong project management and process engineering skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and collaborating abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and business analytics.
  • Strategic thinking and a keen understanding of healthcare value across specialties.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executives.
  • Demonstrated skills in advanced use of Microsoft Excel for analysis and data manipulation.

Education

  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]

Field Of Study

  • In healthcare administration, Business, or related field
  • In healthcare administration, Business, or related field

Work Experience

  • 4+ in healthcare [Required]
  • Experience with data-driven performance management and strategic planning [Preferred]
  • Familiarity with CRM architecture, provider incentives, and healthcare technology applications [Preferred]
