Program Operations Analyst

About the role

The Performance Assurance Specialist plays a key role in supporting program performance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to successful program execution.

Summary: This role offers the opportunity to directly impact program performance, work across multiple functions, and contribute to leadership visibility and organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute performance reports, including Customer Satisfaction metrics, Traffic Light Summaries, and IRIS risk/opportunity updates.
• Monitor Life Cycle Management phase/gate reviews and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate project data within the PIMMS system.
• Develop and support training content, including PowerPoint materials and PM Brown Bag syllabi.
• Assist with deep-dive evaluations of high-risk or under-performing programs.
• Complete various ad hoc tasks that support performance assurance initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tables, formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or equivalent.
• Experience with performance metrics, reporting, or program analysis preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking capacity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using PIMMS or similar program management tools.
• Prior involvement in project management, program controls, or performance assurance roles.
• Experience creating training content or supporting learning programs.
• Familiarity with IRIS or risk/opportunity management systems.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Management, gated processes, or program health assessments.
• Ability to analyze trends in performance data and provide actionable insights.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $61,278 - $104,173. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
