How You Will Contribute
- Advance cultural adoption of Stand Together's principles through grantmaking primarily in mental health and the culture of health, building a portfolio strategy that works cohesively towards common goals
- Build partnerships with key individuals and organizations, developing and maintaining relationships that drive cultural adoption of our principles and advance our strategic vision
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external leaders to design and execute strategies that drive cultural change, build youth resilience through upstream interventions, and empower individuals to take ownership of their health
- Identify areas of growth for the portfolio and optimize existing grants to continue driving towards strategic outcomes, including coordination with internal capabilities and development of best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and learning
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years’ experience with strategic relationship management, ideally within a program management or grant-making role
- Strong degree of professionalism and knowledge of mental health, youth resilience, health empowerment and well-being
- Ability to build and implement portfolio strategy that works cohesively towards common goals and identify areas of growth for the portfolio to continue driving towards strategic outcomes
- Enthusiasm for Stand Together’s vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding a culture that champions dignity, ownership, innovation, humility, and respect
Standout Candidates Will Bring
- Experience managing complex initiatives from concept through execution with a nuanced, systems-level perspective
- Demonstrated success in building and sustaining partnerships with leaders and organizations in mental health and health empowerment and well-being
- Ability to represent our strategy publicly and at events to build enthusiasm for our principles within this space and to engage with donors
