Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with OCI business objectives and growth priorities.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, ISVs, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem participants.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and workload adoption on OCI.
- Lead joint business planning, partner governance, and executive business reviews to ensure mutual success and accountability.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and business development teams to deliver coordinated partner initiatives.
- Drive partner-enabled go-to-market strategies, solution development, and co-selling activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, track partnership performance, and provide executive reporting on business impact and strategic outcomes.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Represent OCI in customer, partner, and industry engagements to strengthen Oracle's ecosystem presence and influence.
Qualifications
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to align partner investments with OCI priorities.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships within the technology industry.
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the cloud ecosystem.
- Experience in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and workload adoption through strategic partnerships.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
- Ability to establish and track KPIs for partnership performance and provide executive reporting.
- Leadership and mentorship experience to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Experience representing OCI in customer, partner, and industry engagements.
Pay
Hiring Range in USD: $120,300 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
