Program Manager, Workplace Strategy
About the role
The Corporate Services Policy and Planning team focuses on policy development, research, strategic planning, data analytics, and program management. We support the business by elevating and creating unique employee and corporate service experiences, specifically for our operational teams. Our team implements industry knowledge across our global portfolio, providing specialist advice and business partnerships on multiple projects and innovative ideas.
This role will provide focused support on strategic programs related to corporate services and the employee experience, specifically in workplace services, real estate, catering services, physical security, and others.
Responsibilities
- Policy Research, Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct research, evaluation, and analysis of policies, regulations, and legislation relevant to food program requirements; identify gaps and challenges and propose targeted solutions.
- Policy Development: Support the creation of data and evidence-based policies, guidelines, and initiatives to address food program challenges, drive innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and align with program requirements and forward-looking industry practices.
- Strategic Planning: Support regional teams in developing strategic plans and frameworks to deliver policy initiatives and interventions with measurable success outcomes.
- Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage, consult, and partner cross-functionally with business teams to co-create and propose systemic, sustainable solutions.
- Data Management, Monitoring & Evaluation: Leverage data analysis, insights, and before/after models to measure program success and support development; establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess policy and intervention impact.
- Consultation & Collaboration: Provide expertise, support, and guidance to stakeholders, operational teams, and business leaders; leverage industry expertise and resources to propose actionable solutions.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, evaluate, and govern cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish performance metrics and benchmarks for COE activities; track progress, measure outcomes, and prepare management reports.
- Change Management: Lead change and transformation initiatives; provide guidance, support, and training to relevant teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with thought leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven leadership experience in diverse and multicultural environments.
- Strong project and program management experience, with a track record of delivering for global internal/external audiences within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in workplace operations, real estate, administration, consulting, general business management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions, with an open mindset toward change and challenges.
- Prior experience in people and vendor management.

Pay
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70,304 – $136,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package, which may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
