Key Performance Tasks

• Develop strategic planning and operationalize through the use of outcome-based metrics linked to payer performance standards.
• Manage budgets from multiple payor sources with varied fiscal requirements and fiscal years.
• Develop procedural manuals based on center policy and procedures, payer performance standards, and veteran stakeholder recommendations.
• Provide direct supervision of staff across the service area.
• Facilitate the creation of a trauma-informed service environment.
• Make changes in procedures necessary to meet critical program outcomes.
• Other tasks that may arise to meet payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license in state of residence.
• High School diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Preference given to a Veteran or family member with first-degree relationship.
• Preference given to applicants with experience/knowledge of the Veterans Administration system and/or other resources provided to the veteran community.

Physical Requirements

Position has requirements to perform lifesaving activities such as CPR and SAMA techniques.
