About the role

Reporting to the Director of Entrepreneurship, the Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Venture & Impact Studio. This hands-on, execution-focused role supports the Director in translating vision and mission into a sustainable ecosystem, managing multiple initiatives with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and weekly regular occurrences of studio cohorts, workshops, curricular and co-curricular programming.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including active social media/LinkedIn content, flyers, and email newsletters to drive student engagement.
  • Own the complete logistics of studio events (hackathons, panels, showcase days), handling everything from booking and catering to run-of-show execution. Occasional after-hours responsibilities expected for special events.
  • Serve as a primary, self-reliant point of contact linking student founders, academic advisors, alumni, and local Lancaster community mentors.
  • Implement and maintain lightweight project management systems (e.g., Notion, Asana) to track student progress and program metrics.
  • Act as a versatile, hands-on troubleshooter to resolve logistical bottlenecks and proactively support student needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 or more years of experience in program coordination, event management, or project administration.
  • Demonstrated experience working with college-level students in an advising, mentoring, residential life, or program leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of coordinating complex logistics for multi-stakeholder events under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in creating digital promotional content, newsletters, and managing LinkedIn/social media pages.
  • Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, modern productivity tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Airtable, Asana) to build efficient, self-sustaining workflows.
  • Experience in administrating innovation or creative ecosystems of any kind.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering or facilitating learning experiences such as workshops, panels, or events.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Products (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Evidence of a commitment to community and belonging.
  • Successful interview and completion of background checks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience or educational background in student-facing positions.
  • Prior experience in a higher education setting or community organizations focused on youth development.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. May require evenings and weekends for special events.
