Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior staff to set program objectives and timelines and support the implementation of program goals and strategies.
- Identify and secure necessary resources.
- Cook up logistics and resources, and help manage participation for meetings, educational sessions and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program activities stay on track.
Program Development
- Manage program elements in alignment with strategic goals.
- Look for opportunities to improve/expand program.
- Promote the program’s mission through outreach, engagement activities and relationship building.
- Contribute to program improvement by participating in planning discussions and assisting with research and data collection.
Committee Support & Communication
- Provide logistical support to assigned committees and workgroups.
- Aid in stakeholder communication by answering questions and sharing program information.
- Help prepare outreach materials to support program communications and marketing efforts.
Program Effectiveness
- Collect and organize data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Track participation and engagement metrics.
- Aid in preparing reports to assess progress toward program goals.
Project Management Support
- Support the planning and execution of projects within the assigned program area.
- Cook up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Education and/or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
- At least 2-5+ years of professional project/program coordination or management experience is required.
- Experience in associations, professional societies, healthcare, or healthcare administration is desired.
- Experience working with committees and cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Qualtrics and/or Survey Monkey a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
