About the role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented TA Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role is pivotal in building the infrastructure for our global hiring engine.
Responsibilities
ATS Governance: Act as the TA functional owner of the Applicant Tracking System, managing access controls, candidate ownership rules, and data standards.
Process Optimization: Design and digitize recruitment workflows in partnership with IT/CIS to ensure seamless technical and operational integration.
Candidate Experience: Oversee the candidate journey across the career site and LinkedIn, optimizing "Apply" flows to maximize conversion rates.
Internal Talent Programs: Manage the Referral and Internal Mobility platforms, leveraging automation to drive employee engagement and talent circulation.
Global Compliance: Partner with CIS to embed GDPR, EEO, and other global regulatory requirements directly into the recruitment system logic and policies.
Analytics Architecture: Define TA benchmarks (Efficiency, Quality, ROI) and build automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility for leadership.
Strategic Insights: Lead data deep-dives and QBR reporting to identify bottlenecks and provide data-driven solutions for complex hiring challenges.
Innovation Roadmap: Drive the long-term technology roadmap by identifying and embedding emerging AI solutions into core workflows, fostering a culture of continuous digital upskilling across the global talent organization.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on TA Operations, Systems, or Analytics.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with enterprise-level ATS platforms and data visualization tools.
Project Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with stakeholders in IT/CIS, HR, Legal, Operation and Communications.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into a narrative that influences leadership decision-making.
Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly and avoid excessive jargon.
