Program Manager Supply Chain

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Pay Range: $83–$85 hourly

About the Role

Lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities effectively. Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Maintain comprehensive program artifacts including charters, roadmaps, and risk registers. Oversee resource planning, vendor relationships, and contractual negotiations to align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or senior project management within complex technology environments
• Proven success in communicating with senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, EAC, and executive financial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
