About the Opportunity

The Program Manager, Stablecoin and PAYO Digital Bank will oversee the delivery and execution of a stablecoin-powered payments platform and a regulated national trust bank initiative. This role coordinates product development, go-to-market strategies, regulatory compliance, and governance at the board level. It is crucial to translating strategic objectives into actionable milestones and outcomes, thereby driving the successful launch and operation of innovative financial services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated plan across product, go-to-market, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams
• Establish and manage the program's governance model including steering committees and reporting
• Translate strategy into milestones and weekly actions for a cross-functional team
• Prioritize tasks across competing demands within a senior team
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to maintain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and bank capabilities
• Track milestones and readiness across discovery, build, pilot, and launch phases
• Synchronize product delivery with commercial and regulatory requirements
• Lead go-to-market program plans including segmentation, pricing, partnerships, and sales enablement
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product marketing for launch readiness
• Monitor pipeline, pilots, and early commercial KPIs, highlighting risks and successes
• Manage the integrated plan for the digital bank's charter approval and opening
• Coordinate executive hiring, policy development, technology readiness, risk and compliance programs, and external advisors
• Sequence commercial and product plans with charter and regulatory requirements
• Oversee board and executive governance including agenda management, communications, and follow-ups
• Prepare executive-level materials translating complex technical, regulatory, and commercial information

Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or operational roles with at least 3 years managing complex cross-functional programs
Proven delivery of programs involving product launches, go-to-market execution, and operational stand-up
Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and board audiences
Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
