Program Manager SMI Services

About the role

Join the team at West River Mental Health, a premier provider in the Black Hills, dedicated to mental health care since 1948. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee SMI Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, operational coordination, and clinical support to assigned programs and staff under the direction of the Program Director.
• Aid in supervision, compliance oversight, quality assurance activities, and day-to-day program operations to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to agency, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a collaborative work environment focused on staff development, operational efficiency, and high-quality, person-centered care.
• Work closely with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and development as well as identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and experience in a human services field.
• Masters Degree in social sciences or human services field preferred.
• This job is a Section 3 eligible job opportunity.
