Duties & Responsibilities
- Designs and develops programs, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develops full-scale program plans and associated communication documents.
- Plans, schedules, and tracks project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
- Manages program logistics, including outreach and recruitment, program communications, course scheduling, planning, implementation of special events, on-site management of events, and enrollment.
- Serves as a connector between constituents and resources, liaises with various stakeholder groups in the community as appropriate.
- May oversee the supervision of personnel, including work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the program.
- Manages and oversees the administrative and daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with college, state, and federal policies and regulations.
- Provides technical and/or professional coordination and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities, as appropriate to program objectives and area of expertise.
- Manages contract, grant, and/or state funding; approves and monitors budget expenditures; prepares budget revisions; provides interim status reports on all accounts; oversees, coordinates, and/or assists with proposal writing to develop additional funding.
- Finds and implements ways to increase revenue. Generates revenue reports. Solicits business and directs the investment of funds, always adhering to Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; develops, writes, and presents comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports.
- Affords assistance in producing, developing, advertising, and marketing programs and/or products in various media such as print and video; may assist in developing social media materials, print and digital information sheets, news releases, pamphlets, and brochures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (instructional technology, education, organizational leadership, media/AV production, healthcare administration, public safety administration, or similar).
- Five (5) years of experience managing a multidisciplinary training, simulation, or healthcare and/or public safety operations programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing budget, staff, and equipment lifecycles.
- Experience directly supervising staff, including work allocation, performance evaluation, and personnel action recommendations.
- Experience working with or reporting to an external compliance, accreditation, or regulatory body.
- Experience ensuring organizational compliance with safety, regulatory, or accreditation standards, including policy development, audit preparation, and corrective action follow-through.
- Must be able to drive CNM vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare, public safety, or higher-education simulation environment.
- Experience with VALT or comparable AV/recording/debriefing software platforms, including license and user-access management.
- Experience with XR/AR/VR instructional applications or emerging educational technology.
- Experience managing software licensing and platform administration across multiple physical campuses or locations.
- Experience preparing self-study reports or supporting site visits for programmatic or institutional accreditation/compliance.
