The role
The Program Manager, Revenue Enablement plays a critical role in translating revenue strategy into execution. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and Enablement to ensure our go-to-market teams are operating with clarity, consistency, and focus.
What You'll Do
- Support the rollout and reinforcement of core sales processes, operating rhythms, and GTM initiatives across the revenue organization
- Partner with Revenue Enablement leadership to deliver programs focused on leading indicators, pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting hygiene, and adoption of sales methodology
- Help operationalize strategic initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, communications, and enablement assets
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product to ensure sellers are enabled on changes to process, tooling, and priorities
- Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Act as a connective tissue between strategy and the field, ensuring initiatives land clearly and drive behavior change
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or quota-carrying Sales roles within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of sales process, operating cadence, and how sellers execute day-to-day
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional rollouts and change initiatives
- Able to think strategically while executing with detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with Sales leaders and cross-functional partners
- A bias toward action, structure, and continuous improvement
Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, plus an additional 10% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
