Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and data-based metrics to validate program ROI
- Manage project schedules, milestone-based plans, and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management
- Audit project progress and adjust scope, timelines, and resources as necessary to meet objectives
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Communicate program status at various levels, from detail-level for teams to executive-level for senior leadership
- Establish and maintain risk management plans and lead risk mitigation efforts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders across business units
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution AND 5 years project / program management experience
- High school diploma with equivalent work experience AND 9 years project / program management experience
- Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project or similar tools
- Experience presenting data to generate “call to action”
- Experience leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices
- Success in meeting program objectives
- Solid written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in conflict resolution

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Onboarding
Applicable to US Applicants Only:
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
