Program Manager, Regulatory Reporting
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Regulatory Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own complex technical operations programs that support regulatory reporting and compliance readiness across a growing business. The Program Manager will partner closely with Regulatory Compliance and executive stakeholders to scale workflows, improve effectiveness, and ensure program execution keeps pace with evolving needs. This position will also guide a high-performing team, define measurable KPIs and SLAs, and help transform operational processes through the thoughtful use of ML and Gen-AI. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Drive outcomes for complex technical operations programs
- Partner with Regulatory Compliance to scale workflows for expansions
- Define KPIs and SLAs for program effectiveness
- Transform workflows to meet evolving business needs with ML and Gen-AI
- Communicate program status and risks to executive stakeholders
- Mentor a high-performing team of Technical Specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or business discipline
- 10+ years managing complex tech-enabled operations
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance or Vehicle Qualification domains
- Proven ability to manage intricate technical programs

Pay
Compensation: $190,000 – $234,000 annually
