Program Manager – Procurement
About the role
Manage the relationships with partners and suppliers and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure that strategies meet the needs of current and future manufacturing programs.
Support the deployment of risk management practices to assess, communicate and mitigate supply chain risks.
Lead the function in delivering supplier performance targets and sustained improvement across cost, quality, delivery, technology, and management.
Support the execution of sourcing and commercial activities to maximize the value proposition across designated commodities.
Understand the current supply base, supplier economics and major trends in relevant markets to spearhead the resolution of cost issues and commercial disputes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain or Operations with 4+ years’ experience in a supply chain or operations environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain or Operations with 2+ years’ experience in a supply chain or operations environment
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain or Operations
- JD/PHD
- In lieu of a degree, 6 years’ experience in a supply chain or operations environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an operations or maintenance scheduling role preferred
- Prior experience with SAP
Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with risk management practices
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

Pay
$81,520 - $132,470-Annually
