Program Manager- Only W2

About the role

This is an onsite W2 position in Seattle, WA, requiring a Program Manager with experience in managing Agile programs, governance, reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large, complex program with multi-shore teams, including offshore, onsite, and client stakeholders
• Manage senior stakeholders and multi-shore teams, including offshore teams
• Own and drive teams to deliver program outcomes in a multi-cultural, multi-shore environment
• Act as a liaison between clients, product owners, and development teams
• Deliver governance, reporting, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Good experience in managing Agile programs
• Hands-on experience in ADO dashboards and reporting
• Experience in managing recovery programs
• Ability to manage a large team of approximately 150 members

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have approximately 20 years of experience in a related field.
