What's the Job?

Design, implement, and improve scalable business processes supporting marketing execution and resource planning
Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate and standardize workflows, enhancing operational efficiency
Manage and maintain operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and reporting systems
Develop documentation, playbooks, and training resources to ensure process consistency and compliance
Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and executive communications

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing programs, especially in B2B environments
  • Proficiency with operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Schedule

Remote (Redmond, WA) (but will need to be onsite in Redmond, WA once a month or once every couple of months)

The Program Manager Non Tech 4 will be part of the Business Operations team supporting strategic initiatives and process optimization.
