Program Manager , NA Last Mile Launch
About the role
You will drive end-to-end operational readiness for Last Mile new launch sites. The Launch Manager will orchestrate cross-functional launch activities and stakeholder alignment, owning the implementation of launch playbooks while ensuring operational excellence through comprehensive testing and site validation protocols.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: Launch Readiness, Stakeholder Management, Operational Validation, Process Implementation, and Site Excellence.
- Execute comprehensive launch playbooks and readiness plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Operations, Technology, HR, and Training departments to ensure Day 1 success.
- Lead site readiness assessments and validation protocols, identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
- Develop and standardize launch processes, documentation, and quality control measures while establishing best practices for successful site operations across the network.
- Manage multiple concurrent site launches, effectively tracking progress against critical milestones and communicating operational readiness to leadership through clear, actionable metrics.
- Partner with operations teams to optimize launch procedures and training protocols while ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of all operational systems prior to launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Valid and active driver's license
Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Skills
Strong project management capabilities with operational execution experience, demonstrating success in fast-paced launch environments and a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive alignment across various functions are crucial for success in this role.

Pay
Base salary range: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
