About the Opportunity

The Program Manager, Member Acquisition serves as the operational coordinator for the member acquisition function. This role ensures efficient execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract eligible members to the program. It is central to maintaining campaign schedules, quality, and coordination among cross-functional teams, directly supporting the organization's growth and member engagement goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a consolidated campaign calendar for all member acquisition efforts across various channels.
  • Oversee campaign execution including intake, timelines, quality assurance, and approvals.
  • Liaise with the MarTech team to manage technical campaign operations and ensure accurate audience targeting and personalization.
  • Cook up with Marketing Operations to ensure timely content delivery and quality compliance.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and track cross-functional commitments.
  • Maintain process documentation and playbooks to preserve institutional knowledge.
  • Manage direct mail production timelines and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign operations across email, direct mail, paid digital, or SMS channels.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience in health tech or digital health preferred but not required.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
