Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks
- Develop and refine internal processes within the Master Data group
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables and deadlines
- Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for initiatives
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership
- Organize intake of new master data requests for prioritization
- Facilitate change management and training for successful solution adoption
- Identify risks related to data integration and implement mitigation strategies
- Measure and report on project effectiveness and contribution to objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management focused on data management or governance
- Proven track record in delivering complex data projects in large organizations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices
- Understanding of master data management, data quality, and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP, Salsify, and PMP certification is a plus
