About the Role

Sensitech®, a world leader in supply chain visibility, is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Beverly, MA. The Program Manager will oversee complex, high-value software implementations in the Life Science vertical, leveraging Cold Chain expertise and technical writing skills to communicate with customers. This role involves managing customer reports, technical documentation, and program implementations using Sensitech’s proprietary software solutions. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DMS/Reporting Services, Support Services, SWE, Sales, and Project and Program Managers, and interact with global customers, primarily in North America but also in EMEA and other regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-value software implementations in the Life Science vertical.
  • Apply analytics to transform customer data into actionable information.
  • Communicate issues and actions to customers using Cold Chain expertise and technical writing skills.
  • Develop technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support sales activities and manage program implementations with internal and external customers.
  • Drive change and implement unique solutions in business situations.
  • Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication across diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in life science, supply chain, or logistics.
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience.
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Data Analytics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and GxP software requirements.
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading long-term software implementations.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex principles.
  • Ability to learn and manage new software platforms quickly.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Experience prioritizing project deliverables and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Direct customer engagement experience at all levels.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and quality management methods.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and creating actionable summaries.
  • Excellent technical writing and computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Pay

The annual salary for this position ranges from $79,000.00 to $158,000.00. Pay within this range may vary based on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
