The Program Manager, Learning & Enablement supports the Biosciences Division Global Technical Sales Training Team by coordinating the execution and administration of global onboarding, certification, and ongoing sales training programs. This role partners with the technical sales training team, regional teams, commercial leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage program schedules, learner communications, learning program administration, reporting, and day-to-day learning operations. The Program Manager helps ensure programs are delivered consistently across regions, learner data is accurate, and stakeholders have visibility into program progress and results. This position is site-based in Carlsbad, CA; Grand Island, NY; Austin, TX; Waltham, MA or Pittsburgh, PA.
