Program Manager , Last Mile Launch

About the role

The Program Manager will drive end-to-end operational readiness for new launch sites within the Last Mile network. The Launch Manager will orchestrate cross-functional launch activities and stakeholder alignment, owning the implementation of launch playbooks while ensuring operational excellence through comprehensive testing and site validation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional launch activities and stakeholder alignment
• Owning the implementation of launch playbooks
• Develop and execute customized readiness plans to guarantee successful Day 1 operations
• Track and complete critical pre-launch milestones according to established timelines and quality standards
• Lead site readiness assessments and validation protocols, identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making
• Develop and standardize launch processes, documentation, and quality control measures while establishing best practices for successful site operations across the network
• Manage multiple concurrent site launches, effectively tracking progress against critical milestones and communicating operational readiness to leadership through clear, actionable metrics
• Partner with operations teams to optimize launch procedures and training protocols while ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of all operational systems prior to launch

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree
